Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns on new or unused products within 90 days. To return or exchange a product, please email us at service@groundswellsupply.com or call us at (760) 621-4444 between 9am to 5pm PST Monday through Friday. We will send a return shipping label to you via email which you can print and attach to your package. Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
Returned items that are in new/unused condition will be reimbursed for full purchase price upon arrival in our warehouse. Returned items can also be exchanged for credit for other items in the store. We cannot accept returns on damaged goods.
